BFK Kids Recreation Club

BFK Kids Club Provides a high quality and comprehensive recreation climbing program to City of Denver and surrounding communities at an affordable cost in which participants have the opportunity to have fun, be challenged, and enjoy the many health benefits climbing has to offer.

USAC Competition Team

Youth Competition Team practices are Mon-Friday between 4pm and 8pm. Athlete picks their days for a minimum of 10 hours a week. Our elite team program is focuses closely on athlete needs. The elite team's focus is Divisional, National Championships, World Cups, Olympics. Sanctioned by USA Climbing. (Competition Required)

• Practices (minimum 10+ hours a week)

• Körper Force is our movement training, efficiency and power for competition climbing. Allows our coaches to use cloud based performance monitoring with access for athletes, parents, and coaches.

• Weekly injury assessment program to stay injury free, healthy and strong mind.

• Adidas FiveTen Partner Clothes, gear, and climbing shoes provided

• Sports Therapy Weekly access to our Sports Recovery Center and team Doctor.
  Sports Psychology Sessions with our Sports Psychologist 3x a Month (more sessions as needed)

• Discount for more than one child, or paying by year.
