Applying for BFK Kids Scholarship and Financial Assistance
Our program is about removing the barrier of entry for youth who want to participate in the sport of rock climbing whether competitively or recreationally. By giving back to the community we can help nurture communities while also providing young people a safe space to grow and compete in a sport that helps foster child development. We don’t want money to be a barrier of entry to our sport. All applications will be throughly reviewed for acceptance.
Competition Assistance
Wether you are on our team, or on another climbing team, we want to help. Youth competitions can be very expensive, the role we play is helping you showcase your talents on the big stage without having to worry about not being able to compete because of money.
Membership Assistance
Can’t afford to join our team? We created membership assistance that will allow athletes from all backgrounds to participate in our recreational or competition programs. Alleviating the cost of being on our team is our goal.

Our financial assistance program helps athletes like Paige focus on what matters most—competing and getting stronger. Competition fees are expensive, and many athletes are not able to participate because of cost.

FIRST TIME
When Kya first joined our team, he had his eyes set on big dreams. And hopped right in with climbing success, his first comp ever placing 6th place, and qualifying for Divisional Championships his first season, meant travel fees, and competition fees followed his success.
Through qualifying for our financial assistance, Kya was able to compete at his highest level and have 2 successful years of competition thanks to your help.
